Delivery and Returns

We ship throughout South-Africa. Each order is packed with love, so please allow 3-8 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and delivered. Please note that we only accept EFT payments. Note that all prices on our site are listed in ZAR. Within 5 (five)days of your order being delivered, you can exchange the product(s) you ordered for a different size of the exact same product as long as the preferred size being requested is available on Olive You. – Should you wish to process an exchange please email to oliveyouinfo@gmail.com (Subject Line: Your order number – Request Exchange). – You will need to cover the cost of return postage. – Your items will need to be in their original condition, unworn/unwashed, unstained and free from perfumes. – No exchanges will be issued on sale items. – Store credit will be loaded, MINUS THE COURIER FEES. – Once we receive the item the store credit will be emailed to you.
